After successful use of Perldesk helpdesk software in our last years of support operations, we are retiring it today. From now onwards, all support tickets will be handled through new billing system which we launched few days back.

Customers can use which will redirect to ticket submission option.

If a customer needs to check any ticket related to his/her account, the same can be requested by providing ticket id or helpdesk user id, through new helpdesk.
